Experience Required: 5-10+ years
1. Tax Senior Manager/Principal for our Financial Services department.
Experience in hedge funds or other investment partnerships, but other types of partnership experience would be a plus.
2. Tax Manager with experience doing individual returns. The Manager will be focused mainly on individuals and other commercial service clients.
3. Tax Senior/Supervisor for our Financial Services department. The Tax
Senior/Supervisor position requires 3+ years of experience and will be Financial Services / hedge fund based role.
4. Senior Manager for our Family Office Group.
This person would need to have family office/business management experience in addition to tax and other business development skills.
As part of 3 person leadership team, CFO will participate in Bank-wide strategic planning and budgeting process to ensure that current and long-term objectives are written, communicated, revised and evaluated periodically, with appropriate changes being made if necessary.
Responsible for familiarizing themselves with BACP program and abiding by its rules. Assists in analysis of new branch site locations and current branch analysis. A minimum of 10 years experience in the banking industry is required with some leadership and supervisory background. A CPA or MBA is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to)
• Manage the daily accounts payable and receivable activities
• Invoice clients
• Answering vendor questions and maintain vendor relationships as needed
• Follow-up on payment discrepancies
• Process deposits and enter payments
• Perform account reconciliations and accounting adjustments
• Utilize internal controls to prevent and/or detect errors, omissions, and irregularities
• Process internet payments and reconcile credit card transactions
• Data entry and general office duties

As our College Reps build their business, they will:
*Meet With Clients - Set up appointments to discuss their clients' financial goals and current financial situation.
*Analyze the Client's Situation - After extensive fact-finding, they will uncover long term goals that they will use to help determine their clients’ needs.
*Make Recommendations - After evaluating their client's current situation and goals, they will determine what products can help fill their needs and present appropriate solutions to their clients.
*Provide Ongoing Service - Continue to work with their clients beyond the close of the sale. Most Financial Representatives contact their clients twice per year to determine whether their needs have changed, and keep them aware of the resources available to them.
College Financial Representatives will have exclusive access to insurance products from a top-rated Company, Northwestern Mutual, and an array of quality financial products and services. The Network assists Financial Representatives with many steps toward success, including extensive training from certified trainers in sales and financial products, building a client base and access to the Network’s knowledgeable financial specialists. As full-time college students, College Reps have a flexible schedule and during the summer generally work 15 to 20 hours per week developing business and client building skills.

This position will be considered for year-round employment, or seasonal depending upon your qualifications and interest. Year-round position is paid salary with great off-season flexibility in personal schedule. Seasonal position is straight commission with typical full-time earnings of $8,000 to 12,000, though there is no limit.
This is a straight commission position. The preparer will be paid a percentage of the actual revenue generated by the preparer. Estimated range of pay could be $15,000 to $40,000 depending on the number of returns prepared (actual pay dependent upon your ambition). There will be no minimum or hourly base pay.
Seeking an experience Bookkeeper with Accounting background and organizational skills, Invoicing (account receivable) expert, Managerial experience and a master on Excel. Must have Education and a minimum of 10 years of experience to perform the day-to-day processing of accounts receivable transactions to ensure that municipal finances are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner. Established company with loyal clientele looking for an experienced income tax preparer or an Enrolled Agent, with minimum of 5 years of experience preparing personal income taxes including schedules C, D and E. Experience preparing corporate and partnership returns strongly preferred.
