The home is located in Onyx, Ca - 15 minutes to Lake Isabella, 20 minutes to the Kern River. The home is on a paved road with the local post office & gas station being only a few houses down the road (no reason to worry about getting in your car to drive to check your mail, walking would be as quick -- maybe even quicker)!! This is a nice small town where everyone knows everyone & everyone smiles and waves as you pass. We need to relocate out of state for medical reasons, it's the only reason we have decided to sell and ask for so little. <br>

The house may need some updating as far as exterior painting & a small section of the ceiling may need to be repaired from an earlier leak. It is completely liveable and well worth the asking price! Live in it or rent it out (homes in this area rent for between $600.00 & $900.00 average - and that's without the MIL). There are sidewalks that run between the main house and the MIL apartment (which has a carport) and there is low maintenace landscaping. The home is located in Onyx, Ca - 15 minutes to Lake Isabella, 20 minutes to the Kern River. The home is on a paved road with the local post office & gas station being only a few houses down the road (no reason to worry about getting in your car to drive to check your mail, walking would be as quick -- maybe even quicker)!! This is a nice small town where everyone knows everyone & everyone smiles and waves as you pass. We need to relocate out of state, it's the only reason we have decided to sell and ask for so little. <br>

The house may need some updating as far as exterior painting & a small section of the ceiling may need to be repaired from an earlier leak. It is completely liveable and well worth the asking price!
