2 Technicians Needed -

Short term project beginning the end of the week of November 2
Phone interviews will begin Wednesday Nov 4

Requirements include: (but are not limited to the following):
2 years experience in Consumer Electronics -
any experience with flat screen TV's a plus but not a requirement)
Basic computer skills
Basic knowledge of computer applications
Experience troubleshooting
Solid Hardware and Software experience
A+ certification is a huge plus - but not a requirement

Consumer Electronics experience a plus
Excellent Client relation skills - must be comfortable dealing with people at all levels

Must have old fashioned work ethic and work well solo or as a team

We need to be prepared for simple firmware flash as well as potential swap of tuner modules.

Basic Tools -
MUST HAVE

1). 2 USB Sticks (2G)

2) Laptop to transfer firmware files to USB stick
Laptop must have WiFi (for transferring files and procedure documents) for help in configuring the sets and potentially firmware updates.

3) cell phone for contact with Support Team

must pass background check

We are looking to recruit an Office/Service Supervisor for our Bakersfield office and duties will include the following: -

Ideally the applicant should have an Office based background with essentially supervisor or Managerial experience.

Office / Service information required to include:-
Would suit preferably a more mature person
Supervision of staff in our Bakersfield office.
Electronics background preferred but not essential

� General duties including filing, photocopying, stock control
� General cleaning of scales to ensure they are in good condition for box swap / repair & return stock.

The successful applicant should have a pleasant telephone manner, able to work as part of a team and use own initiative. Computer experience not essential (but would be an advantage) as full training will be given. 3 years minimum experience required. Ideally the position would suit a mature person, supervision of a team of 3-5 people.

The software packages we currently use include the Microsoft Office Suite.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm (Eastern Time) � 40 hours per week
Duration: Permanent after successful 3 month trial period
Salary: Starting salary $12.50 - $14 per hour

Point of contact for all vendor communication during and after installs at various site locations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Installation of basic cable lines.
Installation of Dish network Satellite Systems and Equipment.
Ensure all work completed meets all FCC and NEC requirements and company specifications.
