The ideal candidate is customer centric and driven with excellent technical skills to find successful resolutions to customer service issues in a hospital environment.  Requires excellent communication skills including listening when communicating with the customer either over the phone or at a hospital.  This position requires travel to hospitals in several states surrounding California. and occasionally to other hospitals when required.  Must be willing to travel 80 to 90% of time.  A company van will be provided.   <br>

Must have good trouble shooting skills and be willing to do whatever it takes to resolve technical and or mechanical issues.  Basic function includes installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining mobile workstations in hospitals.  Identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, which could include power systems, computer systems, and electronic products along with IT problems.  Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers needs.  <br>
<br>
Key Qualifications:<br>
 A+ and Net+ certification is recommended<br>
 Associates degree in electronics/computer applications or equivalent work experience<br>
 Experience with the repair of equipment in a hospital environment is a plus<br>
 Service and repair experience on mechanical and electronics equipment<br>
 Good mechanical skills are a must:  PC and networking skills are a plus<br>
 Ability to lift up to 60 lbs<br>
 Valid drivers license with safe driving record<br>

Through the Mission Planning Support Contract (MPSC), TYBRIN provides mission planning training, expertise and technical support to the Department of Defense (DoD) and Foreign Military Sales community at over 150 locations world-wide. This includes maintaining the integrity of weapons' system certified Mission Planning Environment software, 24/7/365 technical telephone support, configuration management, maintenance on aircraft mission planning systems, technical publications, system security, and fielding Mission Planning hardware and software.<br>
<br>
TYBRIN is seeking an AFRC SSR to support primary customers by performing updates, upgrades, maintenance, and disposition of mission planning hardware/software for multiple types of aircraft, primarily the F-16. The idividual selected will: <ul>
<li>Analyze software, hardware, and system malfunctions, and implement corrective actions. 
<li>Deliver technical briefings for users of mission planning systems, software, and data (including classified and unclassified source data) as required. 
<li>Support unit needs during exercises, daily training, deployments, and real-world contingencies. 
<li>Provide SSR support/expertise as requested by the Mission Planning Systems Support Facility. 
<li>Must be able to perform formal and informal instruction.</ul>
Anticipated start date January 4, 2010. <br><br>
<i>This position is contingent on contract modification and funding.</i><br>
<br>
<b><i>Education Required:</b></i><ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or Technical School Certificate or equivalent military training. </ul> <b><i>Experience Required:</b></i><ul>
<li>4 years administering infrastructure support to mainframe and/or client server systems and/or DoD systems, desired.
