Kenwood Cottage is located in the heart of Sonoma's wine country and the charming town of Kenwood. This two bedroom home (over 1300 square feet of living space) is walking or biking distance to Sugarloaf Ridge State Park and major wineries.
This idyllic cottage rests on a year round creek in the historic Adobe Canyon and is situated in a bucolic setting. With private gardens, luminous canyon scenery and wildlife spilling through the cottage windows, you can walk to hiking trails that lead over bridges and waterfalls to spectacular vistas. Picnic at Sugarloaf Ridge or hike to bald mountain with 360 degree views of Northern California and the Golden Gate bridge. Spend an evening at the Robert Ferguson Observatory at Sugarloaf Park stargazing and learning about current astronomical events.
This 'French Country' cottage is artfully appointed with many of the amenities of a five-star resort. RENTAL RATES
| 2008 Non-Holiday Rates
2 night minimum (rate is for 2 person only); we will consider one night stays based on availability and an additional $100 cleaning fee.
$245 per night - Sunday to Thursday
$295 per night - Friday and Saturday
$50 per person extra per night.

Policies:
Rates above + 9% Sonoma Occupancy Tax.
A 50% deposit is due within 5 days of booking the house. The balance is due within two weeks before arrival.
We have a no-refund policy - but if we are able to rebook the property for the same amount, we will apply your rental amount to a future rental less a $100 administrative fee.
We have a firm no-smoking policy on the property.
We love pets, too, but sorry, we don't allow them.
