OK, a little bit about me:

I moved to Bakersfield a year ago from Nevada. I transferred schools and now I go to CSUB where I major in Latin American Studies, hurray! I know, I know, I'm pretty much wasting my time studying this, but it's what I love and am passionate about. I live with my best friends in a wonderful apartment (with a backyard!) in Kern City, which I love more and more every day. I pretty much live in bars (no, I am not an alcoholic) and you'll find me at Jerry's on Chester Ave. pretty much every weekend (sipping tequila haha). I love dumpster diving, traveling, smoking pipes, taking photos, genealogy, listening to music, and sleeping, and lots more....I keep myself mighty amused!

I like to listen, I enjoy challenging, interesting conversations that make me think. I am young and idealistic, and I don't like to have that directly criticized, but challenged is alright. I can justify my silver lining. =) I like to discuss books, movies, and truths, but more so, I love to discuss ideas. The stuff that really has no concrete reason for being, except individual self experience... That's fun stuff... =)

I am tired of wasting my time with guys who only want one thing. I am not old-fashioned, shy, and I don't live under a rock, but I guess I have some traditional ideals, such as a man should pay for the first date. After that, it's who ever asked for the date. Guys should open doors and offer jackets, and woman should accept this behavior as if it never happens, but is the best thing in the entire world. Don't get me wrong, women should be self-sufficent, and never have to depend on anyone for anything. Eh, Maybe I'm an odd duck, but it's what I want.

OK, a little bit about me:

I moved to Bakersfield a year ago from Nevada. I transferred schools and now I go to CSUB where I major in Electrical Engineering, hurray! I know, I know, I'm pretty much wasting my time studying this, but it's what I love and am passionate about. I live with my best friends in a wonderful apartment (with a backyard!) in Kern City, which I love more and more every day. I pretty much live in bars (no, I am not an alcoholic) and you'll find me at Jerry's on Chester Ave. pretty much every weekend (sipping amaretto sour haha). I love watching sporting events, renting movies, making model cars, taking photos, gardening, BMX, and quilting, and lots more....I keep myself mighty amused!
