What ever you do stay away from harmony court apartments. They claim this is a senior residence but it’s not. They constantly increase the rent of the tenants. This is a senior residence 55 and older. Every 5 to six months rent increases for no reason. Senior living is supposed to be affordable living instead they continue to increase rent. Tell me how $960 is affordable housing for seniors that live on social security. The rent should not be higher than $735 a month. In fact it should be lower than that, more like $625 per month. They have a new company that owns the property from back east. From what I understand they are trying to push out the seniors that’s why they continue to increase the rent. It’s really unfortunate that the company is only interested in money rather than helping seniors. Several years ago rent was affordable until the new owners came in and decided to get greedy and destroy the lives of the seniors. So whatever you people do do not look at this complex as a place for your family members are retired. From what I’ve heard and found out local agencies started an investigation into the problem. Raising rents on seniors is a crime especially when the economy has been destroyed by dumbacrats mainly Biden. Be careful people and research and for christ sake look elsewhere unless you don’t care they steal at least 65% of your social security checks to live here. Because in the next month or so it will be worse.
