Take note, anyone placing ads for apartments or a room in your home or any place asking for excessive fees will be removed immediately and reported immediately. People asking for an enormous amount of rent will be removed and reported. This is how you idiots destroy the economy. This goes for any senior apartment complex, asking for more than $650 to $700 when people are on social security is a damn crime. Also just noticed the ad that was recently posted a few days advertising the rent fee under $795 or something like that. You have to find something else because they will increase rent in less then six months guaranteed. It’s a senior complex and people don’t any rent reduction and the majority of the tenants are on social security which takes 75% of their monthly check. This is supposed to be a senior citizen complex. People at that place shouldn’t be paying more than $700 a month and the bad thing is they don’t even offer the residents anything to enjoy.
