small cabin in the desert, the wind is always blowing in this tranquil little village, peace and quiet are amenities here. This is minimalist living with a population of about 100. The gas station, quickymart and post office all in one building. heated with a wood stove and cooled with a swamp cooler. If you need groceries or supplies it's a 20 mile drive to Ridgecrest , DIAL A RIDE available on a limited basis. If you love dirt biking, mining or just hiking and biking, trails and mines are out your front door. Neighbors watch out for you but stick to their own business. Internet is available. electricity and water are your only utilities, off road parking extra enclosed storage available at extra charge
