My home is transitioning from a vacation rental to a furnished rental home with a lease.
It is gorgeous and comes fully stocked. It is 3,152 S.F. with 4 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. Living room, dining room, huge sunroom with 14 foot ceilings overlooking the pool, huge family room with very large Roku T.V. and so much more. I pay for the gardener and the pool man. Tenant pays all utilities. We do have solar so it keeps the bill down in the hot months. There is a minimum 6 month lease.
