New AC - Unopened box - Friend who lives in Palm Desert has one - Blows ice and doesn't use much electricity - Reasons I bought one too - Then moved to house with HVAC so don't need this - Strong 15000 BTU cools big place warehouse and garage when on high setting - Okay for small place on low setting - The price went up since I bought a few months ago but will still save you a couple hundred dollars here - New New New!!!
