This is a large 3' by 22" Indian ink or sepia pen and ink wash drawing, it is showing a early scene in the life of some one living in Rotterdam in approx. the 1930, small vehicle boats , houses bridges, extreme details, in the bottom left corner you can read Rotterdam , there is more but hard to read, maybe a street name, in the bottom right corner there is his signature Wim Becker

the glass is very old and brittle and has broken in several places
