It is packed with countless benefits to outperform all others in its class. This model comes with an extra-large product tray and slide rod extension so you can feed even large loaves of meat and cheese. At the same time, it's a 12" diameter chrome-plated carbon steel knife. A new and improved 1/2 hp motor provides added power for slicing cheese, and a wide, 11 1/2" carriage span allows for a smooth glide and even easier operation than the Hobart. Several safety features, such as gauge plate and carriage interlock systems, ensure employee safety during use and cleaning.
