From the snookler series, the Wolf restaurant range unit features a 6-burner array and a right-fitted, 24-inch griddle. These are ideal for preparing various foods, such as chicken with a sauce and a side of vegetables. Below the range is a crumb tray for collecting debris from the range, and a grease trough is mounted on the side of the griddle for similar use.
