The Imperial Range IR-2-G24-RB24-C natural gas 2-burner 60" range with a 24" griddle, 24 Charbroiler, and one convection oven is designed to be a versatile and efficient addition to your establishment! It offers powerful open-top burners, a left-side griddle, and a convenient double oven base with one convection oven to make the most of every square inch of space. The 24" left-side griddle top has a highly polished, 3/4" thick steel plate, making it perfect for cooking various foods from pancakes and eggs to grilled cheese and even burgers! The two griddle burners have an output of 20,000 BTU and a heat deflector for each burner to keep the temperature consistent. This unit also features a single 26 1/2" convection oven base for baking and warming. Each oven has two chrome racks and a 30,000 BTU output with a three-position switch. The ignition system is electric for quick and easy heating and features a convenient countdown timer.
