The full-height BevLes PICA70-32-AED-1L3 PICA series donut proofer is designed to accommodate a variety of screen and tray sizes, catering to versatile baking needs. Its aluminum construction promotes lightweight durability and effective heat transfer, while the non-insulated design ensures consistent performance. This cabinet includes three clear Lexan® split doors that open left-hand hinged, providing convenient access to the cabinet's contents while retaining heat and humidity. Adjustable aluminum pan supports are spaced on 11/2-inch centers and can hold up to (16) 23-inch by 32-inch or 23-inch by 23-inch donut screens, (16) 18-inch by 26-inch trays, or (32) 12-inch by 20-inch pans. The unit is mobile with 5-inch swivel plate casters, two of which lock for stability during use.
