Description
The Southbend GH/10SC G Series Half-Size Gas Convection Oven has stainless steel for its front, sides, top, and rear jacket. The cabinet is lined with porcelain, protecting the interior walls from potential damage from pans being pushed up against them, as well as making the inside easy to clean. The doors, which are dependent, are also constructed out of stainless steel and have windows that are made with low emission glass, helping to keep the heat inside. The control panel sits to the right of the oven.
