This truck is a time capsule and in excellent condition. It runs and drives great. It would be hard to find one this clean. I get lots of compliments on it. Clear title in hand. This vehicle should go with somebody who appreciates a vintage clean vehicle. This is a 1st gen Dodge Dakota that is 34 years old! Square body style. Old body style (OBS). Mileage is 158669 currently. The following has been done in the four years I have had owned it.
Rebuilt engine around 130K miles
New catalytic converter
New Flowmaster muffler with chrome tip (sounds great)
Line X spray in bedliner
New headlight assemblies
New tail lenses
Alarm with keyless entry keyfob
New paint job
New carpeted floor mats
Newer battery (Aug 2025)
A/C system completely replaced and converted (blows cold)
Newer tires, alignment, and brakes
New chrome bed tie loops
The ABS/Brake warning light displays but the brakes and E brake function properly. I've had a few mechanics check it. They stated there is nothing wrong but couldnt clear the code/light. Also, the gas guage works sometimes. Sometimes it wiggles around funny. The low fuel light and sensor still works so you can see if it gets low. You can also track your miles for a fuel guage with the trip meter. There is nothing else wrong with the vehicle. Power windows, power locks, horn, and all lights work. The only accident I know of was about a 1.5 years ago where the vehicle hit the back of another vehicle at very low speeds (like 5 mph). The front bumper wasnt changed out so you can see in the pictures, there was little to no damage. Smogged and tagged until May/2026. Price is $8,000 obo. Cash in person only.
