I am trying to relocate to the green horn mountain area i am trained under the highest quality of stone mansion on the big island of Hawaii. I have worked on 7 out of 10 of the most expensive homes on the west coast of the big island. Completing all projects to home owners exact detail. (Well here is the deal I will give you a discount/ promotional deal because I ask that you tell your friends that who are in need of a remodeled bathroom/kitchen ...outdoor area.
If you just measure the shower bathroom square footage plus 15% do to cuts/ any damage...find some stone or tile the you can live with, pick up some (white versabond ) and also find a grout color that makes your stone / tile really POP

If you dont want to hire a plumber I also can help BUT ( I hate plumbing) so it will be more $$ $..also most people would like new facet fixtures hot cold water blender also dump fee and transfer fee.
If you have a general contractor give you a quote/ estimate i am confident i can finish 35-45 % under their bid ..If you are ready& have all the extra stuff like a shower pan liner ,stone tile sealer , cement board, new shower drain & a positive additude you could have raised you home value in just one week
