• Location: Bakersfield, CA
• Pay Rate: $20–$22 per hour (DOE)

Job Responsibilities
• Process and submit medical insurance claims
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits
• Post payments and manage accounts receivable
• Follow up on denied or unpaid claims
• Communicate with insurance carriers regarding claim status
• Maintain accurate patient billing records
• Ensure compliance with medical billing guidelines
Qualifications
• Previous medical billing experience required
• Knowledge of CPT codes, ICD-10 codes, and medical terminology
• Experience working with insurance claims and EOBs
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
* Bilingual English/ Spanish a PLUS
