I am looking for a single level 3-4 bedroom house with at least 2 bathrooms. If there is a pool that is a bonus. We are a family of 3. We are currently in a 2-story house and unfortunately due to medical reason we are no longer able to reside in the home and are looking for a new rental. We have great rental history, we do not owe any utilities or other property owner/management company. Our credit is not as great as it could be which is why it is so hard to find appropriate living with property management. It is also hard to rent when everything has a price. Application fee. Service fee. Lease preparation fee. Before move-in you are already spending over $200 in fees and you could still get denied to rent the property. We do not have huge parties, we are not loud tenants, we take pride in where we live so you can be sure your property is being well looked after.
