I'm 57 yrs old I get SSI and I have a payee so you know you would be paid every month my payee need a rental agreement form filled out order for her to pay you the rent I can only afford $875 monthly with utilities included if the single room and it's under $700 I can help with utilities so I'm looking for a single room or a studio I don't have any money saved it's very hard to have these days but if someone can help me out pls message me back thanks God bless PS I use a walker due to a car accident so pls no stairs
