Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour DOE
In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for employees while supporting attendance management, timekeeping, scheduling, reporting, and workforce communication.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor daily attendance and employee punctuality
• Review timekeeping records and identify missing punches
• Contact employees regarding attendance issues, schedule updates, and time entry corrections
• Communicate with associates regarding assignment status and work availability
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
• Assist with onboarding, recruiting, and workforce scheduling
• Generate attendance and staffing reports
• Support supervisors and client contacts with workforce-related needs
• Ensure compliance with company and client policies
Qualifications:
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, HR, workforce management, or administrative support preferred
• Experience using Paycom preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional and confidential handling of employee information
Preferred Experience:
• Fulfillment, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution environments
• Attendance tracking and workforce scheduling
• Reporting and employee relations support
