We are offering FREE space for RV parking + $2000/month pay in exchange for watching and protecting our vacant industrial property and calling police on trespassers if need be. You must have a watchful eye and be willing to call the police and contact our property manager if there are any issues. The property is about 35 acres and is located on Brundage Avenue and Washington Street. This could be a long-term position for the right person/persons as we plan to redevelop the property and will need someone there to protect the property.
REQUIREMENTS
- must live full time in a working/running RV
- have a cell phone that can send/receive texts and photos
- stay onsite full time and check the property and call/text any issues.
- be willing and able to call the police if there are issues with trespassers or garbage dumping
- be able to walk around the building on daily to make sure there are no break-ins or trespass issues
- be able to send photos of any issues, such as graffiti or dumping of trash
- be able to communicate in English OR Spanish (either is OK)
