Precision Industries is seeking an experienced Machinist to join our growing team. We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in precision workmanship and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate manual and/or CNC mills, lathes, and machining equipment
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
Machine precision parts to tight tolerances
Inspect finished components using calipers, micrometers, indicators, and other measuring tools
Troubleshoot machining issues and perform routine equipment maintenance
Collaborate with fabrication and production teams to meet project deadlines
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a machinist in a manufacturing or job shop environment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Strong understanding of machining practices, tooling, feeds, and speeds
Experience with manual machining required; CNC experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
