We are looking for a bookkeeper to oversee, track and evaluate day-to-day activities. Bookkeeper's responsibilities include record A/R, pay A/P, calculate and process payroll, reconcile bank accounts, and other financial tasks. Assist CEO and GM in daily operations and projects.
Responsibilities
Manage day to day accounting activities.
Accounts payable/receivable
Record Cash/Checks/ACH receipts
General ledger
Provide recommendations to improve systems and procedures.
Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
Establish and maintain files and records to document transactions
Skills
Proven working experience as Bookkeeper/office manager using QuickBooks.
Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to direct and supervise
BS degree in Accounting or Finance would be a plus,
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
