Position Details:
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Pay: $20 - $25/hour (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Answer multi-line telephone
Manage customer calls/emails and assist in resolving issues
Review and assist in collecting customer payments
Support and assist Operations Coordinator
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
Position Requirements:
Business professional, punctual and detail-oriented
Positive and energetic personality
Strong office and communication skills
Established experience in customer service
Bilingual in Spanish and English
