Property Management Company seeking highly motivated, detailed oriented individual to join the team as an Assistant Manager. This position will cover two properties within blocks of each other. Park Avenue Asset Management specializes in the operation of Manufactured Home Communities. The following partially describes some of the main functions this position will be tasked with. Please note this is not a comprehensive list and other task can be assigned. All duties are subject to change:
--Assist in property inspections, maintenance review
--Assist with 3rd party vendors in obtaining bids, scheduling, and project review
--Assist with notices, postings, mailings, and entries
--Property management software data entry
--Assist with deposits and entries
--Show prospective residents properties and units
--General office functions like phones, mailings, filing, scanning
--Obtaining material estimates for projects
--Application, credit checks, and supporting documentation preparation for applicants
--Assist in lease documentation, move ins, and move outs
The below are some desired characteristics:
--Travel to both property sites (ability to drive with own vehicle)
--High level of professionalism and presentation
--Detail oriented, courteous
--Problem solving skills
--Excellent communication (bilingual in Spanish is helpful, not required)
