Resident Manager Duties/Responsibilities (Must have prior Resident Manager experience).
Couple preferred but will consider single individual.
Resident Manager will be responsible for the following generally categorized duties at the Property:
• Handling resident inquiries / maintain high occupancy
• Enforcing property rules and regulations
• Office hours 9-5 Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday. Flexible.
• Performing leasing and management functions including-
collecting and remitting rent checks / rent receipts & all income related issues.
serving notices to residents
assisting residents as reasonably required
reporting service requests. Coordinate the maintenance of the property to ensure the quality & timeliness of maintenance efforts by supervising / overseeing work & repairs at property
coordinating with vendors & maintenance crew.
maintaining and cleaning the general premises in a neat, orderly and safe condition. Take necessary steps to ensure both appearance & physical integrity of the property & its assets are in good condition at all times.
communicating with Employer and owner regarding the Property.
Serving and posting notices and mail them the same day if not personally served
Handling rent money, including banking or bringing the checks to the office & petty cash
Confidentiality of all records
Promote positive public relations with prospects, residents, vendors & clients
Enforce house rules
Go to court when needed for property related matters
