We are a responsible family of three looking for a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a backyard.
We have been renting our current condo for eight years and are now needing to move due to new ownership, as the new owners plan to live in the unit. During our time there, we have maintained a positive rental history and consistently paid rent on time through a property management company.
