I am a local investor that buys houses in Taft and Maricopa.
I have bought a bundle of them since 2004. We buy them, then fix and sell them.
I am currently repairing a property in Maricopa and 2 in Taft. They will be done in the next month or so. I will need more houses as soon as they are done.
If you have a house, or know someone who does, that may be for sale PLEASE let me know ASAP!
I will look at anything. The uglier the better but not limited to ugly houses.
I typically pay a very handsome "finders fee" if you bring me a house that I buy! That could mean $$$ in your pocket too!
I have lenders waiting to lend me the money to buy more houses.
I also like to buy with favorable terms. That will allow me to pay a little more for the house.
Maybe the seller will do some sort of owner financing.
I buy primarily in Taft and Maricopa. I love those little towns and hope to make a difference in those communities.

What I am not looking for are houses, listed by a real estate agent, that need zero work and for top retail dollar.
