Our House is 3000+sqft 2 story, and located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The House Common areas are fully furnished and accessible 24/7 (Including the Kitchen LOL) You just need to furnish your own Room.
Our General House set up is ideal for young professionals who are looking to have a fun & Safe social setting to live and network with others while you navigate and figure out your version of Baker both short and long term. Most of or Roommates are newer to Baker (Locals Always Welcome) so it’s a great way to meet new people and save some money while transitioning into your own place eventually, or staying here long term if you vibe well and love it here as many of our roommates do!
Bakersfield is an Amazing Place to Live and we’ve had the opportunity to house roommates with all kinds of different professions and backgrounds from all around the country, let alone the word over the years and it’s been a really cool experience, and if you choose to come stay with us you will understand why so many roommates stay long term, or have stayed with us multiple times over the years when they leave and travel back to Baker to stay for the seasons.
If you are familiar with Vegas you will recognize that the house is in a great location with plenty of street parking, safe & quiet neighborhood, centrally located, close to parks with outdoor sports, a few blocks away from multiple shopping centers.

Qualifications & Requirements: Proof of Stable Income, no pets, no drugs, and most importantly.. socially responsible, respectable, and no drama!
MAIN HOUSE RULES:
Be Cool & Respectable to Fellow Roommates and each others space in the House!
NO HARD DRUGS / NO DAILY DRUNKS (420 FRIENDLY)

Lease: 3 Month Minimum Lease, then Month 2 Month with 30 Days Notice
Rent: $800 a month utilities included
Utilities Covers: Power,Water, Gas, Streaming Services, High Speed Internet, General House Supplies Including: TP, PT, Garbage Bags, Dish Soaps, Monthly Pest Control, and HouseKeepers Weekly to help keep the house in order (You Are still Required to CLEAN UP after Yourselves DAILY to keep the house in order and out of respect to roommates always having a clean house to come home to!)
