I’ve 2 bedrooms available with a share bathroom, I’m looking for a clean person like a single mom or single woman to share my home and space with. You must have a job, be responsible, honest and trustworthy, no drugs, no issues with the law. I do not allow overnight guests or have people come over without me knowing before hand who's coming. The rent is $500 per month per room one month’s deposit for cleaning and or damages, plus utilities and you have full house privileges laundry, kitchen and pool for those hot summer days.
