We are a gay couple with own house and we are renting a junior suite with a walking closet and own bathroom.

We are asking for 700 per month plus 700 as deposit, we are in southwest of Bakersfield in a clean and safe neighborhood, close to restaurants and shopping centers.

It’s only for one person, no exceptions, we are the only ones in the house and we want to have privacy and also for whoever is going to rent.

No drugs of any kind are allowed, no smoking around the property and no alcohol. We have a small senior dog so you have to be pet friendly.
