This is for a Private bedroom for rent with a shared bathroom. Located in the Westchester neighborhood of downtown. The room is of average size. The carpet has been replaced with new luxury vinyl flooring. It features a ceiling fan, a closet, and a little storage area in the hallway for you. You will have full access to the house except my room and my office. Those rooms will be off limits. Washer and Dryer access included. Street parking only. It has a fireplace in the living room and a spacious kitchen. You will have a shared refrigerator with the second roommate and Free Wifi included. NO smoking, NO drugs, NO Weed, and you must not be allergic to cats or dogs. The rent is $650 a month plus a $500 deposit. The PG&E bill is divided by 1/3 equally between myself, you, and the other roommate currently renting the second bedroom. I am looking for someone clean, not messy, and respectful of my home, pets, and property. The rent is month-to-month. Perfect for a college student or a professional with a full-time job.
