This is a one year lease with option to renew. There is a studio apartment with a very quiet tenant below the main living area and kitchen, so tenants must be considerate of noise level. The 2 bedrooms are located on separate ends of the house so there is good noise and privacy separation there. The laundry is in the hall by the downstairs master so noise needs to be considered there. Owners will visit the property occasionally to over see ongoing renovations. but notify tenant in advance and use rear entry to occupy their space.
