Your $2,500 lease payment ( that's only $1250 each for 2 roommates) It allows full time occupancy of the house main level which includes the living room , formal dining room , kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bath, laundry room, barbecue patio, side yard and garage and upstairs occupancy of I bedroom and bath. There is 2 car driveway parking and 1 garage space parking included with your lease. The reserved owners space on the second floor has a private entry from rear yard and workshop which is also reserved for owners use. The home is located on a paved road and is only 3 miles from the 5 freeway and new Tesla supercharging station. It is only a 20 minute commute to the new Hard Rock Casino , Tejon Outlets and the Pyramid Lakes recreation area. It is only a 35 minute access to the Magic Mountain and Santa Clarita area . The Frazier Park Market and several village restaurants and shops are only a one block walk down the hillside. A wonderful Kern County Frazier Mountain library, sport park, senior center and recreation center is also a short walk away . The owner will consider allowing one small pet.
