2nd owner. Tub & shower, oven, stove, microwave. Everything works, we just got a bunkhouse instead with more grandkids. Fresh water tank has a slow drip leak underneath. It has been that way for several years, we just dealt with it because it was minimal. Fan in ceiling in back doesn’t work and needs to be replaced. Outdoor canopy needs to be replaced if you want to use it, and there are some tears in the vinyl floor. I have two brand new 100w solar panels with controller that can be installed. Other than that it is fully functional. Ready to go now, or a great option for someone who wants to gut and do something custom. It is a heavy duty trailer for sure. More pictures to follow.
