Asking $10,000 for this tiny house trailer! It is custom built and is on its third owner. It has not been used for a few years but is very sturdy and in great cosmetic shape.

Built in:
• gas stove
• fridge
• bathroom/closet space
• sink
• lots of cabinets and storage
• electrical outlets/electrical hookup
• lighting

The fridge is old and appears to be broken. The outlets and built-in lighting appear to be broken as well. The sink and stove work great with water and gas hooked up. There is a travel toilet in the bathroom space. I was told it would need something that can tow at least 7000 lbs.
