2004 33' Wildwood Trailer. Registration tags good to 9/2026. Good condition. Four (4) Tires replaced last year and awning vinyl canvas a few years ago, replaced propane connection hoses last year with new connections to the tanks. All appliances in good working order when last used 2024. Has rear bunk bed area. Slide-out. No leaks. Comes with items in trailer ready for camping two tv's, water/sewer hoses, outdoor mats, chairs, etc. Currently in storage at Pismo Coast Village RV Storage, Pismo Beach. Buyer can assume storage space and bypass long waiting list for storage. Monthly storage fee $69.00 per month. Storage fees can be paid monthly or annually to PCV. Also, buyer can use PCV transport services to Pismo Coast Village RV Resort or select other RV parks in Pismo area for a fee. (Buyer is not required to maintain storage with PCV just an option).
