My name is Emmanuel, and I recently moved to Bakersfield from San Francisco for school and to be closer to family. I’m looking for a private room to rent and was hoping to move in soon. I’ve already secured a full-time job, which I will be starting next week.

In addition to being a responsible tenant, I can also cook, clean, and help with household tasks or handyman work.
