**The Opportunity (Two Lanes):**
1. **Real Estate Brokerage Concierge:** Partner with real estate agents to deliver a white-glove concierge service for their clients. You’re the trusted contact for fiber and smart home setup.
2. **B2B Fiber for Businesses:** Sell AT&T Fiber to businesses across California and nationwide. We provide the tools; you provide the close.
**What You’ll Do:**
- Build and manage a pipeline of real estate brokerages, agents, businesses, and homeowners.
- Pitch AT&T Fiber and smart home solutions tailored to client needs.
- Run serviceability checks and manage the install handoff.
**Who We’re Looking For:**
- Hunter mentality — you build your own pipeline.
- Strong communication and self-discipline (no babysitting here).
- Attitude matters more than résumé — we train hungry, coachable people.
